Cordon Bleu should not be deep fried to the point of not being able to cut through it ... It was deep fried so long it was completely inedible & tough ...I brought it home for my dog.. Even my kitchen knife wouldn't cut through it without a lot of force ... Also the meal my grandson had was also tough & chewy ... We brought that home too... To be honest, I am surprised a chef would allow a cordon bleu to be deep fried .. Does pan fried sound right ?? To Top it off... We got the entree & within a minute or two after received our meals... Entree should come before the meal & we should have been given time to eat at least some of it before the main course arrived... Normally any way ...
Staff were great & I felt sorry for the waitress who was shown the hard crusty overcooked meat ... I did fill in the questionnaire on table 29 ... Disappointed ..... The one star is because of the good service & apologies from the waitress ... She offered to take it back to the kitchen but we passed ...
